We’re delighted to partner with a rapidly growing technical communications company based in Cork, Ireland, that is looking for an account manager / business development manager to join their team. A background in, or a deep understanding of, technical writing is essential, as this company deals with the documentation needs of large, global clients.
As the company’s first account manager, you’ll bring your own account management vision, define the related processes, build a team based on success, and set-up a new area of responsibility. This role’s main focus is to help the company’s customer base grow and thrive. To do this, you’ll need to support their key accounts to ensure that they are getting the documentation support that they require. In addition, you will encourage new clients to utilise the company’s unique documentation services and provide feedback on how these services can help them to achieve their business goals.
Using your solid experience in technical writing, your main responsibilities will include project management, developing and executing key account management plans, organising business review meetings, and maintaining accurate client records within the company’s CRM.
What’s needed:
This is a hybrid role, where you will be required to visit the Cork office at least once a week.
On offer is a salary of EUR50,000 - 65.000, a bonus and a competitive benefits package.
